Throughout her career, she has led creative and communications teams in large, global and mid-sized organizations. Kate excels in managing the creative process in a business or technical environment, designing work flows to meet business objectives and organizing information. She looks for opportunities to create repeatable design systems to solve problems. Before starting her own business, Kate held leadership positions at ThinkSpark (3 years) and EDS (16 years) in user interface design, corporate identity and graphic design.
